Manjit Sangha, DNP, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Sangha’s approach to patient care is patient-centered and holistic, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. She is skilled in conducting thorough psychiatric assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Whether it’s managing medication regimens, providing psychotherapy, or offering education and support to patients and their families. Dr. Sangha earned her Double Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health Systems Management from George Mason University, Master of Science in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University, Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and her Doctorate in Nursing from Old Dominion University She received the Post Master certification in Psychiatric Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sangha’s passion for mental health extends beyond her practice, as she is actively involved in community mental health initiatives and strives to contribute to a more mentally healthy society. She has presented various poster presentations and publications in the Human Trafficking initiatives. Dr. Sangha clinical experience includes working with critical care patients in the intensive care unit and behavioral health patients in the behavioral health unit. While Dr. Sangha is licensed to treat across the lifespan, her interest is in working with ages 15 to 75. She treats all general psychiatric issues, with a clinical focus on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, childhood/ adult trauma, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders and other mood disorders. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and has a general knowledge of Urdu. Dr. Sangha’s mission is to provide professional, empathetic care and support your journey towards improved mental well-being.

Hailegiorgis (George) Bizuneh, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of dedicated experience in the field of psychiatry. George’s extensive journey in psychiatric practice spans across diverse settings, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, as well as serving as a psychiatric consultant across various medical floors. George is a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering exceptional mental health care. George’s professional journey commenced with a strong academic foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, thereafter he worked as a nursing lecturer/professor for 2 years.

He graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in psychiatry and mental health. This educational pursuit laid the groundwork for his comprehensive understanding of mental health complexities and equipped him with the expertise to navigate various facets of psychiatric care. George has reach clinical experience in psychiatry.

He has been in the field of psychiatry for over 6 years providing psychiatric services for clients with different mental health conditions in various clinical settings. On average he provides psychiatric services to 350-400 clients monthly in hospital and community settings. He worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Tucker Pavilion within Chippenham hospital in inpatient psychiatric units/acute stabilization. He also worked as a psychiatric consultant across diverse medical floors at Chippenham & johnston-willis hospital.

While george is licensed to evaluate and treat psychiatric conditions across lifespan, he has focused on the treatment of adults (ages 18-65) with various mental health conditions including Depression and Anxiety, Bipolar & other Mood disorders, PTSD and Trauma related disorders, ADHD, OCD, Schizophrenia spectrum and other Psychotic disorders. His approach blends evidence-based practices with empathy and active listening, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive, individualized care including medication management and supportive counseling aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience. Beyond clinical practice, he is an advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization.

He actively engaged in community outreach, educational initiatives, and professional forums, endeavoring to create a more supportive and understanding environment for individuals navigating mental health challenges. He is bilingual, fluent in English and Amharic.
